I discovered Dr. Brené Brown's work on shame and vulnerability and what they mean for living authentically and fully via her TED talk in 2011, and neither my personal, nor my professional life, has been the same since. This is transformative, foundational work, applicable to all of us who feel we're never enough, and who live our lives chasing the ultimately unreachable ideal of who we're supposed to be, instead of becoming who we uniquely are.

Daring Greatly Gainesville is a vehicle for me to provide the psychoeducational, research based curriculum developed by Dr. Brown and her colleagues, to move away from the medical model of psychological distress and to focus on the core, universally human conditions that keep us feeling small and isolated and never                enough.  The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. It can be facilitated in clinical, educational and professional settings.
